Ordering Information

1. Order Online from ADCO Sales. Add items from the catalog to your shopping cart by clicking the "Buy" button. Click the "Checkout" button when you have finished selecting your products. Fill out the forms and click the button named "Submit Order".

2. Mail your order form with check, money order or credit card information to ADCO SALES Inc. 4 Draper St. Woburn, MA 01801-4522 U.S.A.

3. Telephone your order to 781/935-1799 for payment by credit card.

4. Fax your order anytime to fax 781/935-1011 for payment by credit card.

Foreign Orders Welcome!

Payment: For prepaid mail orders include money order, check or credit card information with order; no cash. We accept Discover/Novus, Visa and Mastercard. There is no extra charge for credit card use. Charge cards are preferred on overseas orders. Prices are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer's increase. Items temporarily out of stock will be backordered unless customer indicates otherwise. Sales Tax: MA. State residents please add sales tax to order, including shipping.

Shipping: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. No minimum order size required; no handling fee. If mailing in order with prepayment, please include ample funds for shipping; excess will be refunded with your order. Standard delivery is via UPS ground service for U.S. street addresses, postal service otherwise. Shipping cost is based on weight, distance and value of goods. Next, 2nd or 3rd day air delivery available at additional cost. Parcels longer than 42" and solvents cannot be shipped outside the U.S. Overseas customers please indicate surface or air shipment.

Returns and Warranties: Goods are accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of shipment with prior approval. Goods must be in original wrapping and in new condition. No returns allowed on scopes if plastic wrap is opened. We warrant ADCO Sales products; other manufacturers' products should be returned directly to them for warranty service.

Damaged Shipments: Notify ADCO Sales and the carrier immediately. The carrier must inspect the merchandise and shipping carton before a claim can be processed; do not destroy or discard damaged cartons or goods.
